Shipping policy

Sedessa ships to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum.

Orders are prepared within one to three business days. Most orders arrive within 10 to 15 days of ordering, depending on the destination, though some can take a little longer. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner.

Orders are shipped by a third party fulfilment partner on our behalf. Some parcels may arrive in plain packaging.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at support@sedessa.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
