Política de reembolso

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us at support@sedessa.com with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and you will not need to return the item.

If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 30 days provided it is unused and in resalable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return postage. Once we receive the item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days.

To start any return, email support@sedessa.com with your order number. Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as we will give you the correct return address.
